My Buddy and I dove Sandwich town beach yesterday for the first time this season. Able to dive wet w/ 7mm. water temp 47 deg, vis 20'+,

Not much down there yet, some moon snails, a few skate, etc... There were a few seals hanging out n the rocks but they never joined us.

Didnt see any bugs or any bug shells.... with the water warmer earlier hopefully they will come in sooner.

All in all a good first dive of the season even if it was low tide and a little shallow (had to lay on my belly to find 15'!!!). cant beat the heat of the sun when you come up!

when do you think we will start seeing lobster @ sandwich?

thanks for the heads up Porgyhunter! wont be long before we'll be grabbin' keepers!!

PM me sometime Geoff when you're heading out...maybe we can get together....I also find the "little" jetty in Sandwich a better dive than Sandwich beach...It just needs to be done at Low tide
