Expect a hike. If your gear is in a box with wheels, I'd bring that.
The sheeps crossing lot is all locked up now. Most other access is a distance from the water. parking is NOT user friendly, big time not diver friendly.
We're working on a work box modified with bigger wheels.
Easier to get the gear down.
We've hit Pebble Beach 3 times and now we are working up river.

Hey whats up everyone I was thinking of maybe doing an afternoon dive this week at the river anyone interested?
Which day were you thinking?
I may be interested. I have this afternoon available. I work tomorrow, but will have Thurs and Friday available

Well I can make it to the river just about anyday this week by about 3:30 or 4pm. Supposed to be doing some things this afternoon but I could possibly move some things around as I have a tank full of air burning a hole in my closet lol...

Saturday and sunday this week are just reserved for Snowbowl permitting it opens...
I'm in Los Angeles tomorrow, booked Thursday, but might be able to pull off Friday afternoon if I don't have to go to Yuma.

Has ANY ONE found access to other locations.
I've tried rangers but they won't alllow access.
Just not practical to hike with gear half mile or more.

Hello every one. any action lately at the river? now that the holidays are over i really want to get back in the water and have to say the river is my favorite local dive spot! also i am building a smoker and have to try some smoked carp soon so need to bust out my spear gun again!
