i've had an xtender wrist computer for about 3.5 yrs. (about 70 dives). rust has developed around a couple screws in the back plate. anyone else had this problem? is there an easy (and inexpensive) fix eg replacement of backplate or whatever----and did fix work??
thanks
jeff

The best course of action at this point is to return the computer for evaluation. An inspection is needed of the inside of the back plate to determine if corrosion has crossed the seal of the gasket. There are no spare back plates for the Xtender computer.
