Hi Guys,
I just moved down here from Boston and I bought a house that is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath and it has a 1 bedroom 1 bath in-law apartment attached with a private entrance. I am looking for a roommate for the 3 bedroom side and a person to rent the 1 bedroom. I am an avid tech diver and have more hobbies than I know what to do with. If all goes well I will have a nice fill station installed in the back (at least a booster, maybe a compressor).
The house is located on NE 18th Ct in between Sunrise and Oakland right off of Dixie highway. For people in the know it is like 10 min from Fill Express and about the same from the 14th Street Causeway where Avid Diver operates from.
I am 28 years old and I travel a lot for fun and for work. I figure I would rather have a fellow diver/tech diver than just some random off of craigslist. I am very laid back and easy to get along with.
