Dr. Ballard will then discuss his shift away from manned submersibles to the development of remotely operated vehicles and their use in his discovery of the R.M.S. Finally, he will end with a discussion of Americas new Ocean Exploration Program and two new ships of the exploration Okeanos Explorer and E/V Nautilus that begin their maiden voyages of discovery this year.
