Request for rebreather market share data

Hi,

I'm working on a short article, and I'm trying to find some basic numbers on rebreather usage over the past few decades. Googling around, I have come up with a few industry research reports, but they are proprietary and very expensive.

Anyone have any links to any sort of publicly available data on this? For example, worldwide (or US) CCR/SCR sales, or comparison of number of trained rebreather divers to overall certified divers... stuff like that.

The only data I have ever seen was presented by Brian Carney (from TDI) at TekDiveUSA in 2016. He said in the video that he wants to be more transparent with this kind of data, so perhaps you could write him and get some updated data?
