Having gone through the same issue at one point my cure was to a) get the hose lengths right and b) go to miflex hoses. Problem went away....

Of the two (Comfo-bite and Seacure), which is more suitable for divers with a smaller mouth? Thanks!

i was just wondering if there is a mouthpiece that would keep you jaw from getting so fatigued? i just started diving and i am looking at dive equipment and just thought I'd see if anyone had any ideas.

The main thing that causes jaw fatigue in new divers is tension - biting on the mouthpiece with a clenched jaw in a death-grip! With more experience you'll find that it won't just fall out of your mouth and you'll "loosen up" a bit.

:blinking:

In addition to the Seacure & ComfoBite, I would recommend the Sherwood Wisdom mouthpiece. It has a longer bite area that allow your molars to contact the mouthpiece instead of front teeth and incisors. Oceanic also makes a variation of the Sherwood Wisdom mouthpiece.

They're a bit more expensive than a generic mouthpiece but they're cheaper than a Seacure.
