Regulator brands for which it is possible to do your own service

Some here service their own regulators. I gather parts are not easily available for all brands. What brands would be possible to self-service, given availability of parts and technical information?

I second dive-rite. Easy to buy parts at their store and they don't change the design all that often so parts are available for a long time.
