REE value for Norris LP72?

Is a REE value available for vintage Norris 2250 LP72s? I know an old document from PST exists with REE values of their cylinders. I've never heard of one for Norris cylinders, but I thought I'd ask.

The goal would be to bring a document to a hydro requalifier in hopes of getting a plus rating.

Unless that 'document' is signed and stamped by a currently licensed professional engineer in your state along with his calculations (including ultra sound wall thickness), most hydro places won't do that on a non-REE stamped tank. Vintage tanks without the stamp can be expensive to own unless you have your own compressor. @Luis H has alot of Norris numbers & documents.

I think the last + stamps I got they used the same PST value for the norris. From an earlier set of posts and spreadsheets from luis I think his value for norris was 60.1. It's been a while now since I looked and don't seem to have it handy, but there is a process of measuring a set of related tanks to get a DOT acceptable value (I think its in that previous post list from luis)

As noted though, finding a hydro guy that will trust their cert on these values is tough to find. If you find one, let me know, I'll travel some distance to get my set + stamped next time they are due.

My local hydro guy won't plus stamp without REE documentation for the exact serial numbered tank. Which will never happen for older tanks.

If you phone around, you can possibly find a requalifier who'll accept old documentation. Wasn't a problem for me.

I’ve called every one in the state. So far no luck on a positive response. The one LDS said they would, I brought in a tank and apparently they just changed hydro place (old one stopped) and new one wouldn’t even consider it.
