REE value for Norris LP72?

I have a pair of Norris 100’s with the ree stamped on them, 2004 tanks, I don’t normally pay much attention to tank mfg’s but interesting that these don’t have the numbers.

The cylinders I was looking at are from 1960. Decided not to purchase.
