No offense, but it took you 17 pages to figure this out??? After legions of posts offering sage advice, detailed instructional videos and helpful alternatives the ONLY modification made to the spectacular BCD extravaganza was swapping out white zip ties with black ones! Outstanding! You do seem to have an answer for everything.
I am kinda slow. This whole thing is a troll? No offense, but it took you 17 pages to figure this out??? After legions of posts offering sage advice, detailed instructional videos and helpful alternatives the ONLY modification made to the spectacular BCD extravaganza was the replacement of white zip ties with black ones! Outstanding!
On the flip side the OP has been flamed, berated, ridiculed, laughed at and vilified. DO IT MY WAY OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES YOU JACKASS! Hahaha!![]()
Holy moly. Listen up everyone whatever you think of stuff be polite and respectful. This post has turned out to be as disgraceful as Facebook. The OP genuinely sought advice and he's been slayed with spite rather than experienced and helpful knowledge . Many of you are long time users of this site. How would you talk to your students? Oh yeah! Make it nice. And safe. And helpful.
Agreed, I posted some time ago "I am out of here ", but keep returning, like you, for the entertainment. It's addictive. It is the most entertaining thread in a while.

In all fairness I wasn't looking for advice when I said feel free to critique my gear configuration. I was just looking to share thoughts and ideas with what I thought would lead to an interesting discussion. The OP genuinely sought advice and he's been slayed with spite rather than experienced and helpful knowledge .
Where do you keep your torniquet? That's true. But on any forum you leave yourself open to comments from others. Sometimes I get ribbed for my setup, for not having a DSMB and reel that people can see. But they also cannot see my dive knife nor my reef hook or satellite beacon which also reside in my BCD pockets. I often get asked don't I get cold on dives with no wetsuit or hood. The only thing that dangles at times is my camera. My secondary octopus line is longer than standard and it is not clipped to my BCD. It slides into an open pocket on my BCD. XXL Scuba Pro Black. Massive lift capacity. Also prefer it to BPW setup.
I might ask where you keep your torniquet in case you need one for an emergency?
The Korean lass in black is an instabuddy I did 9 dives with over three days. Vacation diving means being teamed up with divers from very experienced tec instructors to not so experienced OW divers.
My kit is setup for how I like as yours is for you. I would not be overly concerned if others don't like your kit setup. I go diving for my pleasure. lol
