Reconfirming a flight on Taca from SAP to RTB

I was looking at the terms of the flights and it says we have to reconfirm our flight 72 hours prior to flight. There is no number on their site to call that is in the USA. Anyone know how to confirm flights. I figured someone has come across that in their travels.

Don't forget to do that AGAIN when you are down there and ending your trip. Some resorts handle all of this for you, most do not.

Getting really excited about our trip. Hopefully we will get pictures to post. I am not the best at UW photos but I sure will try.

Well apparently the 800 number goes to TACA and not TACA regional or Islena which is what the one printed receipt has on it. So they have no infomation on the flight. Hope all this works out because my debit card has already been charged.

Remember to ask when you check-in for your flight. The counter agent should advise you. Where are you staying? The hotel should have contact info for TACA, and you can ask on arrival at the Roatan airport as well. Utilla doesn't have anyone at their strip. I only flew them once and my return got canceled by 9-11-01 so my experiences were not ordinary. The next time I flew SOL, and the hotel manager took our tickets into town for confirmation, but I think that airline vanished.

All airlines require return confirmation on international flights, don't they? Not that they enforce if much. Hard to do on some boats.

We are staying at Las Rocas resort. I called downt there and asked if they could reconfirm our flights for us. I am waiting to hear back from them but I am sure they will. If not I guess I will have to try and make an international phone call.

Nah, they have a check-in desk at the airport there. At the worst, call them.
