Recomendations for dive shop in Belize!!

I am going to Ambergris Key in November and would welcome advice on a charter to dive with. Sites of interest..... Rent gear or bring somethings ?? I will only be diving 1-2 times.

Recommend Island Divers. We did 3 days with them and the shop is very professional and accommodating, very reasonable pricing too. Amigos del Mar is the only op that seems to make trips to Blue Hole during off season. Make sure you watch your depth/ni loading if you're doing multi-day multiple dives per day local diving on air - barrier reef is roughly at the same depth at each site so it is easy to get into deco zone.

Which shows that for somewhere like Ambergris Caye the most useful additional certification is Nitrox. It costs US$10 extra per tank, but that is very small fry indeed compared with all your other costs over a week. I find it easy to go into deco on just my second dive of a sequence if I'm using air, but on nitrox that point is pushed way out.

When choosing a dive shop I think location is also a factor. Do you know where you will be staying?
