reccomendation for non-diving drysuit

I have a friend who just asked me for some reccomendations. He says that he likes to fish, snorkel, and wade in water at beaches, or whatever for long peirods of time. He asked me for some reccomedations on drysuits. He wants something cheap, and something he doesnt need a cert for.

Any sugs?
