Screw the tables. *Looking Real Tough* I can do the math because I'm an Advanced Nitrox Diver. *Swaggering Around* I don't need no stinkin' tables!

Note to self: Get new software, must do this right away, because Soggy is the smartest one.

No, I'm just using the tables provided in my open water class plus cross checking it with vplanner plus cross checking it with rule of 120 plus cross checking it with ratio deco. All 4 methods come up with "no decompression obligation".

You are welcome to your 15 minutes of deco while I make peanut butter sandwiches and eat lunch.

How much deco do you think you need for a 30 min dive to 100ft with 30/30 or 32%?

I'd rather play twisted panties. The NOAA NDL for 100 ft on EAN32 is 30 minutes. GAP software was used in my class.

I took the TDI classes and they use a combination of Navy, Abyss, Buhlmann and other tables. A lot of people get bent out of shape over this, but when it comes to real dives, I just use my buddies tables. :D The main point is find tables that work for you. If you want to experiment, and burningman isn't your thing, then go for it. Maybe you can shave some time off... maybe you can't...

Soggy, if you made those PB&J sandwiches before you got on the boat, then you would have time to do the longer hangs. :D

I'd rather eat my ginger snaps and warm up for the next dive rather than waste an extra 15 minutes on an NDL dive looking at plankton. :)

I'm trying to score some orange vinyl IANTD tables...

You can get some iantd tables from diverite express.

http://www.diveriteexpress.com/logowear/divetables.shtml

They have navy tables ndl/deco, air deco tables based on Bühlmann, air/50% deco tables based on Bühlmann, EAD/MOD tables, oxygen exposure tables, 32%/50% deco tables based on Bühlmann, and a series of recreational/technical trimix mixes/NDL/50-80% deco tables based on Bühlmann. Good stuff.

Another set of tables based on EAN32% bottom mix using the Bühlmann ZH-L16B tables can be downloaded for free at dirdiver.com.

you want to prove how much you can handle while you are altered, do it on dry land -- check out www.burningman.com -- its a nice safe place there with no water around it for miles where you can get as altered as you want.

wouldn't it make more sense to post a link to a chamber that does dry dives?? Dry dive to 40 odd meters amply shows how nark'd people get without realising it........
