We had pre-registered (and pre-paid) for Divefest prior to it being re-scheduled for the Hurricane. When we initially called about getting a refund, they said it wouldn't be an issue, but that they couldn't currently do anyting due to being without power (perfectly understandable).
We held on in hopes that our schedule might open up and we'd be able to attend, but it isn't to be, so we've been trying to contact them to finalize the cancellation/refund. This has not been easy... the e-mail address they used for the original confirmation bounces. When I called the shop, the person who answered said that we'd have to submit a cancellation form via the website. Unable to locate this prior to the call, I asked if they could point me to this form, but was told by the contact that he "didn't know anything about the website" and couldn't help me.
Just called and left another message...
Any other contact for these things?
BTW, I get that the original premise of pre-reg was "no refunds" but that did not take into account rescheduling, and they promised refunds at that point if people couldn't make it. Not trying to take any money out of DAN's pocket, most of this is just admission to Rawlings itself...)
