Raja Ampat best of everything

Hi! I am instructor and so is my husband. We plan on traveling with my parents to Raja Ampat in August. Sadly this is their only chance to go as they are teachers and this is part of a bigger trip together. My mom is happy reading her book and snorkeling if there is a great house reef in front of her room. My dad would prefer to do 1 dive a day or 2 dives every other day and snorkel a few hours with mom, while my husband and I will dive any chance we are given. We are looking at a few places on the Dampier Straight including Kri eco and Papau paradise where we can dive the best of Raja Ampat from land. Any ideas how to get all that and spend the least?
