I have dived with both Soul Scuba (2022) and Turtle (oct 2024). Both are good. Kri is beautiful. The diving is great. Turtle's dive shop had smaller groups , and honestly not enough dive spots for the homestay. The manager acknowledged this and was making it a priority. I'd rather book with Turtle, than Soul, personal preference.

Soul has a great team. They are very well run, do lots of environmental work, some of the nicest people you'll meet! But the boats are packed - very busy , too busy for my liking. That side of the island is lovely with beaches but also quite crowded.

Also look at Tarzan, corepen, cordiris, on gam. You give up a bit on the snorkelling end, but you visit the same dive sites and you get more tranquility.

We stayed at Gibran and dove with Soul Scuba Divers and very much enjoyed the experience with both. We enjoyed our accommodations and food but would have stayed closer to the shop for a more social experience.

We stayed at Kri Eco Resort and were happy with them.

Thanks for the advice.. do you remember which month you dived with soul? I hope the second half of August they aren’t too crowded.. 😅😅😅

Thanks!!

Thanks.. in which month/year did you stay there?
We also booked a new accommodation not very close to soul scuba.. 😓

I was there in Oct 2022. It was honestly great. Just personal preference. Aug will be less busy overall.

I’ve same personal preference.. we don’t like the crowd… 😅 but it’s ok.. we booked their 6 days package all-you-can-dive… hope everything goes well! 🤞🤞🤞😅

I can believe you! But it’s too much expensive for us!
Well, we treated that trip as a once in our lives experience, so why save money? :) However, the neighbours to the East are even more expensive.

Thanks!

we already booked but not with stayraja.. its a new homestay a little more fancy than the usual... they soft opened one month ago..
Is the homestay paparisa? I'm going there at the end of march! The pictures look incredible!
