Remember your useing a reg that 100 others have dropped and dragged around. I have an Oceanic DX4 and had exemplary service for years. That dosn't mean Jack here. There are lots of good regs, many over priced, however there are some bargains to be had. Buy quality and shop around!

Check out these reviews at Divernet. They group regs by price range, and include ratings of inverted breathing performance. You'll have to convert prices from pounds to $.

t_dogg - no way.... you guys have dive gear far cheaper in the US. Don't use UK prices and convert them, do local research.

Eg. Oceanic Versa Pro £299 ($466 in the UK) or $299 in the States.

Nice setup!

So . . . how did you like your new toys?

I've considered the ATX200, but considering the water temps here, I'm not sure if I need the environmental sealing on the first stage and all that. I'm still pretty happy with my basic T20, but eventually I will use it as the safe second and get another reg.
