PST E8 series in Europe

I was quite interested in getting a set of PST E8 tanks but have noticed they dont seem to sell them outside the US and Canada, is there any major reason for this (export wise) or is it just a case of not having any distributers? what would the implications of shipping them myself be (if any?)

or do they sell only to resellers?

The PST tanks don't have the BS 5045 regulatory certification that would allow them to be sold in the UK - they only have DOT (US) and TC (Canada) markings.
