PSD needs BC input

I am a career firefighter that is in the process of organizing a public safety dive team. I am in need of some input on bc’s. If money were not an issue which bc would you buy? We will be diving in murky waters of lakes pond and river with water temps ranging from 50-80 degrees. We are looking at the scuba pro knighthawk or rec tec bc. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
