49CFR 180.203, the DOT regs on this, says a tank which has been heated above 350 degrees F must be condemned. Luxfer says a tank which has been heated above 265 F should be rehydroed before being used again, and if it has been heated ato 350 F, condemned.

I don't have my references available, but doesn't exposure to a temp of 180 degrees F condemn an aluminum cylinder?
