Got my brand new Ikelite housing (6230.81), good thing I'm anal about checking things over or I'd have a flooded camera- nice little dent/crimp in the Oring right out of the box.

What's the procedure for getting a new one out?

Guess I'm SOL for my trip that starts Wednesday.

I'm sorry to hear of the problem. There should be a dealer in California which carries the #0132.45 o-ring. You may try Joe Liburdi Dive & Photo in Irvine or Backscatter in Monterey. Otherwise you can contact our office at 317-923-4523 and we can get a replacement out to you.

Just spoke to your office- getting a replacement in the mail. :D
