This evening at around 7:30 the following was released.
"Goodnight,
*The Port Captain is closing the Navigation for Tourism boats starting tonight, due to Tropical Storm Lisa*"

Lisa is expected to be minimal hurricane well to the South and tracking into the center of Belize.

Minimal hurricane 2-3 hundred miles south and

near landfall in central Belize. Cozumel no wind, calm seas and intermittent showers from the very outer bands. Port remains closed. 😭

Wouldn't want to be driving a scooter in those conditions. They should close driving for all scooters due to wet streets. safety first....
 
And helmets and seatbelts too.

The port must be closed to the navigation of small boats and to all recreational water activities starting today at 10:00 p.m. The foregoing due to a forecast of winds from the North and Northeast with speeds greater than 25 km/hr. The above with the objective of reducing unnecessary risks and safeguarding human life at sea"

Winds are NE and should have minimal effect on the westside diving which is very confusing
