She may have to go custom..but have a look at XCell wetsuits. I bought their thermo barriar suit and love it..I have always had a suit that is a little too large to get the extra room i need on top. XCell offers a wide variety of suits for women..I went to their chart and matched my weight and height, then i had someone measure me and check the results to their chart and they were right on...The suit is probally the best and warmest i have ever used and it fits perfect, like a custom suit.
