The current Titan is not offered with the Environmental Dry Seal. It can be added as an add on upgrade after purchase or at the time if puchase if the dealer has the kit in stock. As I understand it the Core 1st stage is the same or the same with some minor cosmetic differences as the last/current Titan 1st stage.
