hello..

im planning to buy a mask... thinking bout the x-vision or the atomic sub frame... or any other models that i dont know exist... m looking for a low volume mask with real good FOV... m kinda leaning towards the x-vision because of its price but i'm kind of turned of by the exotic design... any suggestions please???

Ditto what Blitz said, it all comes down to fit. The Oceanic Shadow fits my face perfectly, is small, light, comfortable and a great FOV.

I love my Oceanic Shadow. Will probably get another for spare in the near future.

As said, try them out at the shop and get what fits you.

yea...I like the cheap masks because the skirts are angled more and they don't bite into my face as much.

...I like the look of the SP frameless but it kills my face.

Black, definetly get black. No purge valve they just get cruddy.

The Seavision mask is also pretty good, thats what I'm using and thats what I'm going to change when I'm ready to change prescription.

pressuming my face will fit most masks out ther.... which models shud i try on first?? and also, any pros and cons with the black skirt, and the colorless skirts??

Black is better for cutting glare from the side if focusing through a viewfinder. They stay better looking because the clear skirts get kinda yellow.
