Anyone currently having a problem getting the Perdix to connect to Bluetooth? I am with my Perdix AI.

I've been able to connect in the past, though with some difficulty. Mpw nothing.

I have a Perdix (non-AI). I couldn't download my logs when I returned from a dive trip in October. Looks like the software can't detect/communicate with the bluetooth hardware. No problems downloading in the past. I haven't had the time to look into it further.

I have no problem- maybe you should check for update on Shearwater App. or might have to reinstall

You're not alone. I have the same issue with my Petrel 2. I believe it's a pairing problem. If you're talking about connecting to your phone/tablet, one thing you can try is removing all data from the shearwater app. And/or leave the battery out of the Perdix for a couple of days so it loses its pairing info.

Shearwater thinks my dongle is not working. Said they would send me a new one. If I get it, and it works, I'll let you all know.

I've issues connecting too. Did you email them?

The only way I can connect is with their dongle. Regular bluetooth does not connect on my Windows computer. I forget if it connects to my MacBook Air without the dongle.

I had no problems but a Windows update created some. I was told it had to do with Bluetooth vs Bluetooth LE. I used to upload direct to Divelog but now have to fiddle with the BT settings of my computer, use Shearwater then import to Divelog. Sounds worse than it actually is, but inconvenient.

Yes
BTW, I was later able to update my firmware using the Shearwater Cloud app on my iphone.
