When I was down at Carolina Beach this past weekend, I heard from a reliable source that there are two pending federal bills that will stifle, if not halt diving off of the North Carolina coast. I have not read the verbage of either bill, or have the bill numbers, so all I could do is repeat heresay, and I don't want to do that without having the facts.
Do any of y'all have the pending bills information or a website that explains what they are considering? I heard that NOAA is pushing for both of these.
