I planning a short diving trip to SE Asia next April or May (6 or 7 days on location - excluding the days to reach whichever destination).
I know that both the Visayas and Bali have plenty of different places and dive sites, but as I don't have much time, I'd rather in one place only, instead of spending time going from one place to the other.
I have good reviews of both Moalboal and Pemuteran. If anyone has already been to both places, I would appreciate your opinion on which is best.
Also, to anyone that has been to either, do you think a whole week is too much for these places?
