Passport Question: How long are renewal's taking?

Anyone renewed their passport lately?

How long did it take them to get it back to you?


I was just wondering if renewals were taking just as long as new Passports.

I paid the extra $67 to expidite my passport and it came back to me in 2 weeks. I was just at 6 weeks away from a trip I had planned and didn't want to chance it.
