With regard to the post made about Enriched Air course, please supply the name of the instructor plus their number. Part of the course is that you have the tables to plan your dives. If you do not, you are in danger.

Notification should be sent directly to PADI.

Surveys also go out to recently certified students from PADI QA.

Any violation in standards will be put on the instructor record. I certainly encourage this as it keeps Instructors(including me) in check and weeds out the bad ones.
