Thank you for posting the accident report. While it was very technical reading for just an OC diver, it does give some amount of closure.

scary stuff (which downloaded fine). and very interesting. i'm glad to have some info after a death for once - thank you to richard's family for sharing.
I think of Richard almost daily. His e-mail address is very similar to one that I mail to often, and so his name is always popping up. I almost deleted his name from my e-mail right after his death, but now am glad I didn't- it is a great reminder of such a great person, and just how dangerous this sport we all love can be.
Glad the report was released so that we can at least learn something from his death.
