I was just writing a post and I noticed I wrote under 60' meaning shallower than 60'. I guess it's like asking someone to turn the air up, do you mean make the air conditioner run more or do you want the temp to go up.

Any concensus on what under 60' means?

Have you ever been over 130'? Have you ever been under 130'?

Perhaps it would be more meaningful to say *deeper than* or *shallower than*... even *greater than* or *less than* is better than *over* and *under*.
The MLA would certainly agree with that.
