This was my first trip since Katrina. Did two dives with Down Under. The water looked decent on the way out. First stop was Rome in 95fsw. The vis came and went in layers. Current was strong. Vis near the bottom was <10'. Saw a lot of sheephead and spadefish. Spotted what looked like a Goliath tail as it went in to hiding. Second dive was on Navy Tug in 90fsw. Vis was a bit better. Around the deck the vis was at most 20'. A lot of bigger fish were visible in the wreck. Port side of the wreck had a lot more sand since my pre-Katrina dive. The conditions weren't ideal, but still had a fantastic time.

Down Under didn't have any damage after this storm thank goodness. Ivan cleaned em out nicely, I'm glad they're/we're lucking out a bit this year.

Thanks for the report dnos, sounds like its a good time to take the gun out to the Navy tug for some grocery shoppin :D

Flodiver - I hadn't heard reports for any other wrecks. This was Down Under's first trip out since Katrina.
