I just don't get it why do can't GUE/DIR guys stay in their section and quit being so negative in other peoples discussions? Of course this question will probably bring about a flurry of how stupid I am comments and I'm going to die cause I just might dive and not follow their standards or just maybe not use Trimix below 100ft. Tri is our friend after all. What a mantra.

LOL

Wow...inferiorty complex or what.

What has this to do with DIR?

Maybe you should consider staying in the Dork Divers thread.

We just wonder what you've got against GUE/DIR that makes you feel the need to chase down any and every discussion that might possibly involve a DIR minded diver, just so you can fling poo.

Do you really think deep air is smart?

John

This discussion has little to do with DIR. TDI has sucky books. Their course program is old skool. Some instructors can and do compensate to offer a good class. TDI doesn't require them to offer a good class but they do anyway. Same old same old, blah blah blah.

The question really is which instructors should a prospective student consider? They may be with TDI, they may not. Unfortunately we can't really discuss individual instructors here under the TOS so we end up spinning our wheels talking agencies. The uninformed always ask about agencies and it just sets us off down this road, again, and again...

See this is just what I mean. At least in the Dork Divers Threads they aren't continually insulting each other. You are one of the reasons some people avoid this board.

Mature. I guess I should of expected that.

Hah!!! Now that's funny! Some guy with a machine gunning kitty for an avatar and one smiley kicking another in the balls for a signature is calling someone else immature! That's the best laugh I've had out of the thread all day!!! :rofl3:

You are the one assuming. If I was assuming, I would say that you are proof of my statement..

Hey...he just got certified for his "tech" classes this spring.

He has to know it all.

This is what people without two brain cells to rub together do when they can't come up with a good argument. Talk about helping prove something. Thanks! :D

Alan...remember that PM earlier about me being onto something? Here's more proof! :rofl3:

I am actually glad that they come out into the other forums and chat.

It is the only chance I get to shoot down their flawed protocols. :D

Pete won't let me do it in their inner sanctum.

Safe diving to you all...

................YEP! :)

Has is occurred to anyone that the OP was certified in August of this year and has <25 dives...and is asking about tech training?
The first post should have told him to wait a long time, get a lot of experience, then possibly think about it later on. That's it -- thread closed. No need for anything else.
