Due to a change in plans it looks like I have to cancel my week at Compass Point. Since I'm within the 14 day period, they do not want to give me a refund, but they will let me bank the week and use it within the next year.
It's unlikely that we could get back within the year, it would most likely be 3-4 years before we could come back.
They will let me sell the week to anyone else. Leslie said there was no restrictions on the sale, other than that if it was booked at a higher rate time the difference would have to be paid.
Has anyone ever tried anything like that, and did it work out? I really can't afford to walk away from that kind of money.
