Yea...but the joke is that we can't see the "real" mod forum.... so I was posting in the Mod Forum, and we were talking about new DIR Mods, and I made this ridiculous joke, and forgot to put the "

And we got our names changed to barney purple too so it would be easy to spot the problem children. In all seriousness guys, NetDoc and the Board admins have gone out of their way to give the DIR crowd what it claims to want. It is now our job to use the forum properly. So, start posting up the questions, lets discuss the stuff that gets too cluttered on the open DIR forum: scooter choices, stage planning, etc.

Since this thread was started as chatter it seems okay to leave the chatter in it. Should be obvious from the title that its chatter. It'll eventually clutter up the historical thread listing. Not a big deal.
The bigger problem is threads that have good discussion/content which deviate into MOFNMOF land...

Personally I like the idea of having this forum be a kind of reference. I'm sure that given a bit of time, this forum will be a nice resource with plenty of info.

Yeah, but I'd rather people use the search function rather than try to edit it down to only the useful bits.
