Omega III Intro - Any Updates Yet?

Just heard that the Oceanic Omega III 2nd stage may be introduced at DEMA this year. Would like to know if this is true, when it will be available on the market, where specs and possible pictures can be found, suggested price, if it can be bought separately without a first stage, and who has or will have at least two I can purchase.
