Flyboy,

I do, as well. I started on an 86 Vulcan 750.

When I was in Playa del Carmen two years ago I rented a Harley Softail Heritage and drove it to Mahahual, dived and rode it back. That convinced me I needed a bigger bike for longer trips.

When I got home, I bought a Vulcan 1500 Classic and any day I don't need my truck for work, I'm on it.

I was planning a ride to the Aerodrome in Rhinebeck, NY sometime this Spring or Summer.

Sincerely,
David

My last was a Honda NSR PGM 4 with JHA pipes on it. Noisy as hell. Used to call it the 7-11 machine (it's favourite rev range). Only a few minor crashes. Then I went to 4 wheels ...

2016 Honda NC700X is my daily commuter, Easter through Christmas depending on the snow/temps!! Sorely tempted by MV Agusta’s 2019 Turismo Veloce 800 Lusso SCS though!!

Me! I have a 2013 Honda CBR500R ABS and a 2015 Kawasaki ZX-6R ABS. :)

I picked up my ZX-6R in mid Oct brand new last year. That one was totaled after 549 miles when someone ran a red light on me in mid-Dec. This one is actually my second one I picked up in late March and a doppelgänger to my first one. It wasn’t easy finding a new one but it’s the last in the country. Admittedly, my CBR has been on a battery tender getting neglected since I’ve had the ZX-6R. :D

I’ve been riding for 6 years and I’ve never looked back. I love it so much! If you ever see a braid coming out of a Shoei helmet on that ZX6R with a Kriega backpack in the San Francisco Bay Area, especially in San Francisco or Marin, it’s me!
