Ocean Connections

Does anyone have any experience with this operator? My wife and I are going on a cruise soon and are looking at using them while we are in Roatan. Their website seems impressive, and I received a very personable reply to my email request for information.

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

They are based in West End, they use small yellow skiffs are a PADI dive centre and have a few good knowledgeable instructors working for them. I can think of no reason not to dive with them.

What a great operation! We showed up there and Kent, our DM for the day was ready and expecting us. After the usual forms and such, we loaded up on the boat and went out for our first dive. It was amazing! Kent was very knowledgeable and showed us around on two great dives at different sites on the reef just out from the shop.

Ocean Connections was a great deal too. The best value and price of all the ops that I contacted before our trip and as I said in my previous posting, Trevor was very personable and informative in our email exchange before hand. I would recommend this operaion to anyone going to Roatan and diving on the West End.

During our SI we walked down the narrow road of West End Village and OMG, it seemed as if every other building was a dive shop. I'm not sure how that many businesses can stay in operation....
