O-ring pn 20-2010-31 (black w/ white dot)

Does anyone know the internal diameter and external diameter of Atomic O-ring pn 20-2010-31 (black w/ white dot)?

I had one of these high pressure, first stage, o-rings pop on me less than half the time between recommended service intervals. The shop that serviced my regs is about a 3 hour round trip away and Atomic won't mail parts directly to end users. As such, I'm going to order high pressure rated, oxygen safe, replacements from McMaster-Carr but I can't do that without the ID and OD of the o-ring.

These specs would be much appreciated, as I do not have calipers handy.

I know it's been a month but I figured I'd post anyway in case you hadn't found the O-ring. Not sure if this is the right one as I'm somewhat colorblind but this was in my Atomic parts kit. Showing 0.438"
