finally someone from the Philippines went into the competition with Havaianas! I always thought those darn things were a bit over priced and are not difference from the slippers I wear at home. Beach walk use to have monotone slippers that they sell for P90 a pair at SM but for some reason its no longer available.

are these in plain colors also? Sana meron din for men

I saw Beachwalk slippers recently sa SM Megamall. However, not of the same quality anymore... dati tinutupi ko pa yun (lambot)... now it's like Islander na, makunat yung goma, matigas sa paa.

Whew... just finished the whole contents of this thread. Grabe talaga mga sisidero dito... non-diving stuff na nga yung title, di talaga mapigilan di isingit! But I salute you guys for your passion for the sport. But calling it a sport is actually understating it... it's a way of life.

Back to the thread... ok din siguro to maintain it as non-dive thing para lang may spice. Topics like "how's the weather out there, man" can be discussed. Teka, teka, parang delikado yun, malamang-lamang eh susundot din yun sa diving (it's kinda rainy here, might affect viz during the dive, etc.)... nyahaha. Basta, suggestion lang po.

Actually it was tanya streeter's 160m record she was trying to beat on that day and that "drowning" was a bit of a controversy as it was her husband who rigged the lift bag that would propel the sled up. Audrey left quite a bit of insurance money
