I'm not a constitutional law expert, a couple of pre-law classes in college was about it, but since you asked, this seems to blatantly violate the 1st Amendment. I'm sure it'll be hitting the courts as soon as it's active (I wonder if it was immediate or if there is a delay). Realistically, it's pretty darn easy for someone to hide who they are, between proxy servers and multiple sock-puppet accounts. The redneck part of me tries real hard not to let the rest of me be politically correct so I'm not the one to answer why this happened. I understand the politically correct mindset as much as I understand the female mindset.
