an MTRCB card allows the bearer (whose pic appears) and 1 companion to watch any movie at any philippine theatre with the purpose of monitoring violations and such

beyond the crap it's really a free movie pass for 2! i watched ep1 and a couple of other movies free sa GB3 hehehehehehe

mine expired in sept and i still don't have a new one! anyone know anyone in the mtrcb???

you have to be "deputized" by the MTRCB... i don't know how you "apply" for one, but (as is usually the case in local governmentdom) if you know someone on the inside...
