no problem tom! we understand that there are a lot (as in a lot) of threads on ScubaBoard that have become places for comparison and arguments

but for the most part it's a great place to learn a lot of things...

still feel free to stick around and/or join us at the PPD subforum - everyone there is a happy diver - we would really love to have you around

I for one would like you to stick around and promote diving in Bicol region and help field any questions that members ask about diving there.

So tell me about San Miguel (the san miguel that you see coming out of Tabaco)? Would love to know if there's good diving there. And Catanduanes if you have any info.

Glad you've joined us and thanks for the insight. Stick around...

While there are other small dive shops in Ticao and Donsol, the biggest operator, STEADY EDDIE DIVE CENTER, opened in Donsol and Ticao. This local operator has over 100 tanks deployed there as well as 5 dive boats and three high volume compressors.
check out its website, steadyeddiedive.com and sign up. very professional group of guys. they also do hotel bookings.

Ticao Island Resort is on the expensive side, about $45 per diver double occupancy. there are other resorts better and cheaper. check at STEADYEDDIEDIVE.COM and they can give you rates at different hotels and their dive ops is much much better
