Nipigon sinking??

Anyone have info on the Nipigon sinking
I looked around the web and can't find anything or I can't read what I do find! {my french is not so good} I had thought it was to be sunk July 5th

The Nipigon is going to be sunk near Rimouski on
26th July at 1330.
