at the moment I am in Vietnam
thers are two dive centers
Coral Reef and Angel Dive
is there anybody with experiance with one of these two ?

I dove with angel dive in mid december 2007, don't know if the french guy is still there, but I was very satisfied with it's service and especially very friendly too.
Don't know about the others.
Are there only two, are you sure ?

I would recommend Rainbow Divers or Octopus.

ther are more ,but those were the two I went for
because I had no time to go around for all of them
