And as for futher inspiration of the 40+ crowd, the age of today's winner of the women's LA marathon is 47, and she did it in under 2 hours 30 minutes. Sigh!

From a 50-something guy who just got DM certified in November. I can attest to the difficulty, so take your right arm, stick it straight up in the air, wind it around behind you, and then pat your self on the back! You deserve it.
