Newly Cert. OW looking for buddy and dive location this weekend in RI (Aug 16-17)

I just finished my OW check out dives this past weekend (Aug 9-10) in NY and I will be in RI visiting family this coming weekend. I would like to dive, but I do not know anyone in RI who dives or know of any good places to shore dive or anyone who has a boat. Anyone interested in going out with a native RI'er who is home for the weekend?

Sorry bud I'm traveling out of the area for a week so I won't be available. But, if you do have the chance to go, FT. Wetherill is a very nice shore dive.

Thanks for the reply. I called some of the LDS and Ocean State Scuba in Jamestown does a free beach dive every Saturday and Sunday at 10:00 I am getting ready to head there now.
